· Sanitary Certificate issued by the corresponding local authorities. HS code is showed.
Sanitary Certificate should be crossed either fish for canning industry or human consumption. In the case of human consumption this mean that the fish was frozen on board at minus 18o C or lower.
· Certificate of Origin, Form A & Form E(if available in that country)
· Catch Certificate dated not earlier than 7 months from the loading date.
· Non manipulation certificate or non-processing certificate in the case of W/R fish transiting by a third country.
· Copy of the labels of the goods, previously approved by clients.
· Copy of the microbiological analyses, of histamines and heavy metals. (as indicated in the paragraph “QUALITY”).
The copy of all analysis must be provided before each shipment and clients will confirm the loading of the goods only after receiving all analysis.
· Captain Statement.
All the aforementioned documents shall be issued in accordance with the regulations applicable in the Countries of destination of the goods, with the aim of guaranteeing their compliance.
· The seller undertakes to provide clients with a report of the temperature of the goods at their time of loading in the corresponding transport container.
· The estimated loading temperature shall be lower than -16o C inside of container.
· The seller undertakes to send clients, before the container/s are loaded, one analysis of histamine (nine (9) samples of each batch), or heavy metals (i.e. mercury, cadmium and tin) and microbiological analysis of the goods.
· Clients shall reserve the right to reject any goods whose analyses are beyond the following limits:
o Histamine <50ppm
o Cadmium <0,1mg/kg
o Lead <0,3 mg/kg
o Mercury <1,0 mg/kg
o Salmonella: absence in 25 g
o Count of Aerobic Mesophilic Bacteria <105 ufc/g
o Total Enterobacteriaceae count <103 ufc/g
o Chlorides level <1,5%
o Total Coliform <100ufc/mg
o Fecal Coliform <10 ufc/mg
o Staphylococcus Aureas <100ufc/g
o Moisture <69% (for precook loins only)
· We undertakes that all loins processed and exported pass through a metal detector and that the machine is calibrated at all time. (evidence of the calibration could be asked by the buyer).
